Staybridge Hotel

E.R. Stuebner was selected to Construct a 4-story, 72,000 sq ft Hotel in Royersford, Pa utilizing the GMP contracting format. The project contains 105 guest suites, a pool, small commercial kitchen, conference rooms, spacious lobby, and outside patios. E.R. Stuebner and Latitude Hospitality Group both were able to benefit from the GMP contracting format, achieving early completion and total costs below budget.
