Uwchlan Hills Elementary School

E.R .Stuebner was selected through the competitive bidding process to construct this beautifully designed 2-story elementary school, site and playground. The project was completed under a multi prime contracting format giving E.R. Stuebner the responsibility of coordinating all trades from groundbreaking to completion. The project was started and completed on time. A CPM schedule was created prior to the start and updated monthly throughout the project to monitor progress. The Construction of this building utilized structural steel, masonry, concrete, and framing. The finishes included epoxy coatings, commercial tile, carpet, architecturally exposed structural steel, and acoustical panels. The exterior finishes are masonry, metal panels, and glazing. The Budget was maintained and exceeded all expectations.
